Hi, I'm Laurence Klein. I'm based in the Sutherland Shire and have several years of hands-on experience helping parish staff and local families with everyday technology issues, including IT support work in a local parish setting.

I started KleinSoft to provide honest, patient home tech help for people who want clear support without confusing jargon.

If I can't help you at all during the visit, you don't pay. If the issue is outside what can be fixed at home, I'll tell you honestly.

Includes travel and up to 1 hour of support

After the first hour, extra time is $15 per 15 minutes if needed. Pay by cash, card or bank transfer.

Do I need to unplug my computer and bring it to a shop?

No. I come directly to your home in the Sutherland Shire and help you there, whether the issue is at your desk, kitchen table, or with your home Wi-Fi setup.

I’m not very confident with technology. Will you use confusing jargon?

No. I explain things in plain English and work at your pace. The goal is to make things simpler, not more confusing.

What if my computer is too old or the problem can’t be fixed at home?

If I can’t help you at all during the visit, you don’t pay. If the issue needs parts or specialist repair, I’ll tell you honestly and explain your options.

How does pricing work?

Home visits are $60, which includes travel and up to 1 hour of support. If more time is needed after that, it is $15 per extra 15 minutes.

How can I pay?

You can pay by cash, card, or bank transfer.
