Who we are
KleinSoft is a sole-trader home IT support service operated by Laurence Klein (ABN 58 210 585 921), based in Kirrawee, New South Wales, Australia. We provide in-home technology help for seniors and residents of the Sutherland Shire.
We take your privacy seriously and handle your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What information we collect
When you use the contact form on our website, we collect only what you type in:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- A description of what you need help with
We do not collect any other personal information. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools that identify individual visitors.
How we use your information
The information you send via the contact form is used solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Arrange a home visit if needed
We will never use your details to send marketing emails, add you to mailing lists, or pass your information on to any third party for commercial purposes.
How your message is sent
Our contact form uses a service called Formspree (formspree.io) to securely deliver your message to Laurence's email inbox. Formspree receives your form details in transit and forwards them. You can read Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. KleinSoft does not share your details with Formspree for any other purpose.
How long we keep your information
Your message is received by email and kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or provide the service you requested. We do not store your personal information in any database beyond normal email correspondence.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you
- Request that we correct any inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information
